A New Class being offered for girls who are not sure whether they want to pursue gymnastics or cheerleading. It will be split half and half working on each area.

Cheer Essentials


Recommended Ages: 10 and up; 55 min class

A class designed for the student looking to try out for middle school or high school Cheer.  This class will focus on stunting, strength, jumps, flexibility, motions and some tumbling.  

2017 - 2018 School Year - Aug 14 - June 4th.

Acro Gymnastics


Recommended Ages: 6 -14

A unique form of gymnastics combining stunts and skills with dance and choreography. This is performed in either pairs or small groups. It can also be a co-ed sport.   It has the opportunity to be a competitive discipline, but we will keep our performances in house for this first year. We do half the time working Acro Routines and Half spent on Tumbling and Conditioning.

Floor Tumbling

6 yrs and up   55 Min class   Tuition $69

Floor Tumbling focuses on fundamental skills such as the handstand, cartwheel, back bend, up to the more difficult skills: Round offs, back handspring, back tucks, aeriels, etc. Overall strength and conditioning is a big part of being able to advance in tumbling skills so that is included as well. We work with the students based on where they are at and their goals of skills to learn.


2017 - 2018 School Year:  Aug 14 - June 4th.


Current Class Times:

Monday's 6:30pm OR Wednesday's 6:30pm

Tumbling 1 - No previous experience needed

Tumbling 2 - Student should already have a solid cartwheel, backbend, handstand

Tumbling 3 - Student should already have a solid round-off, back-walkover, back handspring (with little spot)
