Tumbling

(6 yrs. and up)

Floor Tumbling focuses on fundamental skills such as the handstand, cartwheel, backbend, up to the more difficult skills: Round offs, back handspring, back tucks, aerials, etc. Overall strength and conditioning is a big part of being able to advance in tumbling skills so that is included as well.  We work with the students based on where they are at and their goals of skills to learn.

Boys Tumbling – Ages 7+, No previous experience needed.

Tumbling 1 – No previous experience needed.

Tumbling 2 – Student should have a solid cartwheel, roundoff, handstand, and walkover. 

Tumbling 3 – Students should have a back handspring (with little spot), and be working on more advanced skills. 

Tumbling Classes are offered Monday and Wednesday Evenings. Check the Parent Portal for exact times and levels.
