Tumbling (6 yrs. and up) 55 Min class
Floor Tumbling focuses on fundamental skills such as the handstand, cartwheel, backbend, up to the more difficult skills: Round offs, back handspring, back tucks, aerials, etc. Overall strength and conditioning is a big part of being able to advance in tumbling skills so that is included as well. We work with the students based on where they are at and their goals of skills to learn.
Tumbling 1 – No previous experience needed
Tumbling 2 – Student should already have a solid cartwheel, backbend, handstand
Tumbling 3 – Student should already have a solid round-off, back-walkover, back handspring (with little spot)
Tumbling Classes are offered Monday and Wednesday Evenings. Check the Parent Portal for exact times and Levels.
